As we continue to prioritize exceptional customer service and community engagement, we recognize the importance of continual improvement and refreshment of our skills. To support this, we are pleased to share our “Exceptional and Responsive Service Training Module,” developed in collaboration with the American Association of School Customer Service, based right here in North Carolina. This year’s training module, a video approximately 30 minutes long, is filled with valuable tips and strategies aimed at enhancing the service we provide to our students, their families and the broader community.
